Born and raised in Japan, I studied media art design at university.
After graduating, I spent time in Australia
and later backpacked across Vietnam before returning to Japan.
Back in Japan, I helped establish the design department
at a Japanese company and worked as a creative director for six years.
During this time, I trained under a director based in New York,
and later formed a creative team that connected NY and Tokyo
to launch various projects both in Japan and abroad.
In 2021, I founded Y DESIGN.
I now work across a wide range of fields,
including cosmetics branding, packaging design, spatial design, photography direction,
and advertising design—providing comprehensive creative direction from concept to execution.
